Steps
In large mixing
bowl combine salt, pepper and flour. Dredge veal in flour mixture
until well coated. Shake off excess flour.
Heat oil in large skillet and sauté veal, about 4 minutes
per side. Top each piece of veal with cheese and allow to melt slightly.
Remove veal from skillet and set aside.
Pour bruschetta into skillet, scraping up any browned bits. Return
veal to skillet and heat through. Serve with Tomato Basil Bruschetta
on top of veal.
