Steps
Slide shrimp and scallops
onto skewers, alternating with vegetables to make kabobs. Place
kabobs in shallow dish.
Pour Tequila Citrus Marinade over kabobs and marinate for 24 hours
in the refrigerator, turning a few times.
Broil, bake or grill kabobs until shrimp and scallops are cooked
to liking.
