easy salsa layer dip

Ingredients

½ pound cream cheese

2/3 cup shredded cheese (a cheddar / Monterey Jack Mexican blend is best)

½ jar Here's to the Cook! White Corn & Black Bean Salsa

Tortilla chips for dipping

Sour cream for topping (optional)

Cooking Steps

Spread cream cheese evenly on bottom of a 9 inch pie plate plate. Spread salsa evenly over cream cheese and top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, or until piping hot.

Add small dollop of sour cream to top and serve with chips.
