Steps
Beat egg whites
with salt until frothy. Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.
In a separate, chilled bowl, beat cream & vanilla until stiff.
Gently fold Dark Chocolate Truffle Sauce into egg whites and cream
of tartar mixture. Gently fold in the cream and vanilla mixture.
Pour mousse into serving cups and chill.
Makes 8 cups.
