Ingredients

1½ cup Here's to the Cook! Marinara Sauce

1½ Tblsp. olive oil

½ cup bread crumbs

4 chicken breast halves

4 slices Provolone cheese

Serves 4

Cooking Steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

To make bread crumbs for coating, grind dry or toasted bread pieces using a hand grater or in a blender. Coat chicken breasts with bread crumbs.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chicken breasts until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.

Pour ½ cup da Giulia Marinara Sauce in baking pan and spread evenly.

Arrange chicken breasts in pan and top with cheese and remaining sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
