Specialty
Food Company Here's to the Cook! Expands, Refocuses
Here’s to the Cook!, Inc.
announces its debut as a new brand with a new, expanded line
of products. The company originated as Biscotti
di Barbara, founded by owners Barbara Giannetti and Sandra
Hartman in 1994. After great success selling their authentic
cookies through Chicago-area coffeehouses, boutique retailers
and seasonal markets, the duo expanded their culinary scope
and launched a line of gourmet Italian sauces marketed under
the da Giulia name. The positive response from consumers led
to the development of a wider line of specialty foods and
the creation of a new company and brand – Here’s
to the Cook! [More] |
